What is CEBA?
Our organization’s goal is to promote business development in the central Evanston district through support for existing businesses, coordinated outreach, and infrastructure improvements via partnerships with the City of Evanston.
Raising local business awareness
We help to bring visibility to local businesses through events, marketing, and social media. As a local group of small business owners, we actively engage our community and promote businesses in our neighborhood.
Community engagement
CEBA organizes several events, including the West End Market, Holiday Festival, Shop Local, Fall Market, etc. These events not only support local businesses but also provides a stage for talented Evanston area residents.
Working with the city
CEBA meets regularly with various city workers across multiple departments to raise concerns of its members, discuss civic plans, and understand the many assistance programs available to business owners.
